Reptiles

Most people think of reptiles as animals belonging to the class Reptilia, which is a paraphyletic grouping that includes all amniotes with the exception of Synapsidae and Aves. Turtles, crocodilians, snakes, amphisbaenians, lizards, tuataras, and their extinct cousins are included in this group of animals.
